Oil experience

Not only an experience, what we propose is a real olive route: a day at Sant'Ambrogio, a few kilometers from Cefalù to discover all the peculiarities of EVO Sicilian oil. We will start with a panoramic walk under the leaves of olive trees, continue with the visit to the historic mill Garbo, now used as a museum complex, where will be presented the Sicilian olive heritage, from vegetation to harvest to production. There will be an organoleptic analysis of the Sicilian EVO oils to taste and grasp every sensory detail: fruity, bitter or spicy. A rustic aperitif will conclude this experience based on bread, oil, olives and cheeses from the Madonie Park, accompanied by a glass of organic wine from the Sicilian wineries.
